Terms for A&R Music Review

Fee:
The music review fee is $20 per song. This amount covers the initial meeting with a member of our A&R team and the virtual music review.
Payment Due Date:
Payment is due upon booking the appointment. The appointment will only be confirmed once full payment is received.
Cancellation and Refund:
All fees paid for the A&R Music Review are non-refundable under any circumstances. Once a song has been submitted for review and/or the appointment has been booked, the associated costs will cover administrative, operational, and professional time associated with the service provided. By submitting your payment, you acknowledge and accept this no refund policy.
Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule your review session, you must provide at least 24 hours advance notice. You are allowed one reschedule only. Any additional reschedule requests will not be accommodated, and the booking will be considered final.
Additional Policy & Costs:
To receive an invitation to the exclusive virtual music review, attendance at the initial appointment is mandatory. Failure to attend the initial review session will result in forfeiture of the invitation to the virtual music review event. Any costs outside the scope of the initial appointment, if applicable, will be discussed and agreed upon separately.
